<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Jose L. Perez and Jenny Perez, husband and wife, (hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the
<br />following described property described as follows:
<br />Lot Seven (7), in Block Ninety (90), in Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until It 4e /03 .
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
