For valuable Consideration, First State Bank as Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Merle J. McCoun and Gloria J. McCoun, husband and wife, Trustor to First State Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of the Beneficiary, dated May 31, 2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst. 0200004498 on June 2, 2000, has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without warranty to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all right, title, and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of
<br />Trust in the following:
<br />All of Lots 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, & 19, all in Foster's Subdivision of Lots 11 & 12 of Wood Lawn
<br />Subdivision. A Part of the SE % of the NE % and part of the NE' /4 of the SE % of Section 24, Township 10
<br />North, Range 12 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
