<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Lonnie Hansen and Diana Sue
<br />Hansen as Trustor to Norwest Bank Omaha, National Association as Trustee for the benefit of Norwest Bank
<br />Omaha, National Association the beneficiary named therein, dated August 8, 1985 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book , Page or Instrument Number 85- 003817 and Beneficial
<br />Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as
