DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated JULY 24, 2001, executed by DANIEL R GARNER AND AMY M GARNER, HUSBAND
<br />AND WIFE, as Trustor, for the benefit of MORTGAGE LOANS OF AMERICA, LLC, which
<br />Deed of Trust was recorded AUGUST 08, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200107960, in Book
<br />No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, BANK ONE, NA AKA BANC ONE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC,
<br />has requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person
<br />entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
