<br />August 2, 2002, executed by David E. Loeffler and Sharmond R. Loeffler, Trustor(s), to
<br />Heritage Bank, Trustee, Heritage Bank, Beneficiary, recorded October 2, 2002, as Inst.
<br />No. 0200210507, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />concerning the real property in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska described as
<br />follows:
<br />LOT SIX (6) ISLAND, SECTION THIRTY (30), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE
<br />TWELVE (12) WEST OF THE 6T" P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, EXCEPT A
<br />CERTAIN TRACT DEEDED TO THE STATE OF NEBRASKA BY WARRANTY DEED

<br />for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
<br />consideration to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has, and
<br />by these presents does waive the priority of the lien of the said Deed of Trust in so far as
<br />the following described Deed of Trust is concerned, but not otherwise:

<br />Beneficiary, securing payment of a Note in the amount of $150,000, and recorded
<br />August 25, 2003, as Inst. No. 0200311180, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />The undersigned, Heritage Bank, hereby consenting that the lien of the Deed of Trust
<br />first above described be taken second and junior to the Deed of Trust last above
<br />described.
