<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />JIMMY VAN, A SINGLE PERSON AND NGOC HONG THI NGUYEN. A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated _OCTOBER 7, 2002 and recorded _OCTOBER 18, 2002 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200211229 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVENTY -TWO (72) AND THE SOUTH TWENTY FIVE FEET (S25') OF LOT
<br />SEVENTY -THREE (73) IN WEST LAWN AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
