<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT D KUTZ AND MARLA M KUTZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _JUNE 2, 2000
<br />and recorded _OCTOBER 13, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 200008484 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT TEN (10) HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 54 FEET, SITUATED ON THE
<br />WEST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTERS LAKE AND BEING A PART OF
<br />THE E1 /2 SW 114 IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13) TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) RANGE NINE (9)
<br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA BOUNDED ON THE NORTHWESTERLY SIDE BY A
<br />COMMON ROAD; SUCH LOT IS AS SHOWN ON PLAT IN THE POSSESSION OF THE
<br />LESSER.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
