<br />LOT TEN (10), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 54 FEET, SITUATED ON THE WEST
<br />SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTERS LAKE AND BEING A PART OF THE E1 /2 SW 1/41N
<br />SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 11, RANGE 9, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. BOUNDED ON THE
<br />NORTHWESTERLY SIDE BY A COMMON ROAD; SUCH LOT IS AS SHOWN ON PLAT IN THE
<br />POSSESSION OF THE LESSER
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as
<br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $25042.00 and a Financing Statement or
<br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said note (bond).
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid.
