<br />Assignor as the Lessees, pertaining to the following described premises:
<br />LOT TEN (10), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 54 FEET, SITUATED ON THE
<br />WEST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTERS LAKE AND BEING A PART OF THE E1 /2 SWI /4
<br />IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 11, RANGE 9, IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. BOUNDED ON THE
<br />NORTHWESTERLY SIDE BY A COMMON ROAD; SUCH LOT IS AS SHOWN ON PLAT IN THE
<br />POSSESSION OF THE LESSER.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $25,042.00, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
