<br />Leslie M Smith as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated April 23, 1998, and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 98- 103842
<br />and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
<br />AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in Book
