<br />The undersigned, BANKFIRST, a Nebraska banking corporation, formerly known as
<br />COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />October 31, 1996, wherein LUKE A. HEATON and TAMMY J. HEATON, Husband and Wife,
<br />were the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on November 1, 1996, as Document No. 96- 108656 of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds Record Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lot Five (5), in Block Eleven (11), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements
<br />and additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby
<br />gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, LUKE A. HEATON
<br />and TAMMY J. HEATON, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal
<br />and interest due in respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated October
<br />31, 1996, owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, BANKFIRST, formerly known as
<br />COLUMBUS FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred
<br />to above which secures this obligation.
