HEATON and TAMMY J. HEATON, Husband and Wife, <br />were the Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on November 1, 1996, as Document No. 96- 108656 of the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds Record Books, which contains as trust property, the following- described real <br />estate: <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Eleven (11), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements <br />and additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby <br />gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, LUKE A. HEATON <br />and TAMMY J.
