<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Galvan Construction, Inc., Trustor, to Union Bank and Trust Company,
<br />Trustee dated September 5th, 2003, and filed for record in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall, Nebraska on _September 25th, 2003, as Instrument # 2003 - 12812, has been
<br />paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant,
<br />remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
<br />Lot One (1), in Beal Street Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
