<br />A SINGLE PERSON as Truster to Commercial Federal Bank. a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated JUNE 2. 1998, and recorded in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book _ Page _ or Instrument Number 98-
<br />105741 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
