WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents dated October 27, 2003 and executed by Charles Farber Jr. a
<br />married person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #200314844 in the Register of Deeds
<br />office of Hall County, Nebraska dated November 12, 2003, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in the following described real estate known as 2203 -2205 N. Howard,
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Sixteen (16), in Block Nine (9) in University Place, an addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and that part of vacated Prospect Street starting at a
<br />point at the Southwest corner of Lot Sixteen (16), Block Nine (9), University Place, an addition
<br />to the City of Grand Island; thence East One Hundred Thirty -Two feet (E 132') along the
<br />Southerly line of Lot Sixteen (16), to the Southeast corner of Lot Sixteen (16); thence South
<br />Thirty -Five feet (S 35') at right angles with the Southerly line of Lot Sixteen (16); thence West
<br />One Hundred Thirty -Two feet (W 132') parallel with the Southerly line of Lot Sixteen (16);
<br />thence North Thirty -Five feet (N 35') to the place of beginning.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 20`h day of November, 2003.
