WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Trust Deed and Assignment of Rents dated October 27, 2003 and executed by Charles Farber Jr. a <br />married person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, <br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #200314844 in the Register of Deeds <br />office of Hall County, Nebraska dated November 12, 2003, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />An undivided one -half interest in the following described real estate known as 2203 -2205 N.
