<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Ouarter (SE114), of Section One (1),

<br />Beginning at the southeast comer of said Southeast Ouarter (SE1 14), thence running
<br />northerly along the east line of said Southeast 0uarler (SE114), on an Assumed Bearing of
<br />N00'00 00 "W, a distance of Three Hundred and Nine Hundredths (300.09) feet,• thence running
