<br />WHEREAS, Donna Sahling and Neal Todd Sahling, a /k/a Neal T. Sahling,
<br />executed a certain Deed of Trust unto David H. Fisher as "Trustee" for the benefit of Integrity
<br />Life Insurance Company as Beneficiary, dated May 1, 1990, recorded in Hall County, State
<br />of Nebraska, as Instrument No. 90- 103252.
<br />NOW THEREFORE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the said Trustee at
<br />the request of the below undersigned Beneficiary, for valuable consideration unto it paid at the
<br />execution and delivery hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has remised,
<br />released and quitclaimed, and by these presents does remise, release and quitclaim unto the
<br />owner or owners thereof, the following described real property in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, to wit:
<br />The East Half of Section Thirty and the Northeast Quarter of Section Thirty -one, all in
<br />Township Nine North, Range Eleven West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME WITH THE APPURTENANCES unto the said
<br />owner or owners forever freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the aforesaid lien.
