NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust
<br />Deeds, the undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the
<br />attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Six (6) In Block Fourteen (14) in Arnold and Abbott's Addition to the City Of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated October 5, 1994, as

<br />force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
