<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by
<br />Charles R. Winkler and Doris L. Winkler, husband and wife
<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 24,
<br />2003, and recorded November 5, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument No. 0200314653, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), LeHeights Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
