PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Marvin L.
<br />Webb and Jeanne F. Webb, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO
<br />BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of August 15, 2003,
<br />and recorded on August 22, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200311134, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby release and discharge from the lien of said Deed
<br />of Trust, that part of the property conveyed therein and described as follows, to -wit:
