200315230 <br />LOT THREE (3), BLOCK ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO <br />(142) UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY CO. SECOND <br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />shall be quieted in the Petitioner, subject to any encumbrance <br />thereon. <br />9. The Petitioner shall be responsible for the following <br />debts of the parties: <br />a. St. Francis Medical Center, in the amount of <br />$141.00; <br />b. Petitioner's City Bank Credit Card in the amount of <br />$747.00. <br />10. The Respondent shall be responsible for the following <br />debts of the panties: <br />a. Whirlpool Financial Account in the amount of <br />$439.83; <br />b. Respondent's City Bank Credit Card; <br />C. Respondent's MasterCard charge card. <br />11. The following debts of the parties shall be paid one - <br />half (1-i) by the Petitioner and one -half (;-�) by the Respondent: <br />a. Discovery Card account in the amount of $1,394.79; <br />b. Sears bills in the amount of $716.24. <br />12. All payments of money made pursuant to this Decree of <br />Dissolution shall be made to the Hall County Clerk of the <br />District Court. <br />13. That a complete record is waived and the Clerk of the <br />District Court is ordered to refund to the Petitioner the costs <br />advanced for a complete record. <br />14. That this Decree shall not become final, except for <br />purposes of appeal, for six (6) months from September 15, 1992. <br />21 <br />
