NOV <br />CHARLES SCOTT BARKER,, ORDER NUNC PRO TUNC <br />t AND DECREE OF DISSOLUTION <br />Respondent. s =u NUNC PRO TUNC <br />On November 21, 2003, this matter came on to be heard on <br />the Petitioner's Application for Order Nunc Pro Tunc. The <br />Petitioner was represented by her attorney, Mary J. Livingston. <br />The Respondent was not present, nor were his guardians and the <br />Respondent was not represented by counsel. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, hereby finds <br />and orders that the Petitioner's Application for Order Nunc Pro <br />Tunc should be granted and that the following shall replace the <br />Decree of Dissolution in its entirety, with the exception that <br />the Decree of Dissolution was final six months after September <br />15, 1992, as originally ordered by the Court: <br />On September 11, 1992, this matter came on to be heard <br />before the Court upon the Petition for Dissolution filed herein <br />and the Responsive Pleading. <br />Petitioner was present in Court with her counsel of record, <br />Mary Morgan Cote; Respondent was present in Court, represented by <br />his counsel of record, Arthur S. Wetzel. <br />Testimony was taken and the matter was taken under <br />advisement by the Court. <br />NOW on this 15th day of September, 1992, this matter comes <br />before the Court for a decision, the Court having taken the <br />matter under advisement. <br />The Court, being fully advised in the premises, finds as <br />follows: <br />
