<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated April 22, 2003, executed by Kenneth E. Shuda, a single N�
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as C
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument #0200305017, at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska dated April 24, 2003, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Unit 13, Westwood Park I Condominium, a Condominium in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated April 22, 2003, recorded as
<br />Document #0200305017 in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force
<br />and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
