<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Ann M. Vanosdall aka Ann
<br />M. Hameloth and Dennis G. Vatosdall, Wife and Husband, to United Nebraska Bank, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />United Nebraska Bank, the Beneficiary named therein dated August 14, 2003 and recorded August 20, 2003 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document Number 0200311023 of the Trust Deed Records
<br />of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary and
<br />named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following
<br />described property:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lake front footage of One Hundred Feet (100'), situated on the East Side of the East
<br />Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4), of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6"' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
