<br />The undersigned, Equestrian Meadows, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company,
<br />hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising all of Lot Two (2), Burch
<br />Second Subdivision, and apart of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4, NW 1 /4),
<br />all in Section Twenty Seven (27), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6U' P.M.,
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1 /4, NW 1 /4); thence running easterly along
<br />the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW 1 /4, NW 1 /4), on an Assumed Bearing of S89'1 9'08"E, a distance
<br />of Four Hundred Sixty One and Forty Seven Hundredths (461.47)
<br />feet, to the ACTUAL Point of Beginning; thence continuing easterly
<br />along the last described course, a distance of One Hundred Ninety
