WHEREAS, the obligations secured by a Deed of Trust executed by Douglas H. Juett and <br />Rita M. Walz a/k/a Rita M. Juett, Trustors, to American Pioneer Title Insurance Company, Trustee, <br />in favor of Beneficial Nebraska, Inc., d/b /a Beneficial Mortgage Co., Beneficiary, dated March 22, <br />2002, and recorded March 28, 2002, as Document No. 200203367, in the records of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been fully paid and satisfied; and <br />WHEREAS, Rick D. Lange, a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, has been <br />substituted for American Pioneer Title Insurance Company as Trustee under the above - described <br />Deed of Trust; and <br />WHEREAS, the current beneficiary under the above - described Deed of Trust, Beneficial <br />Nebraska, Inc., d/b /a Beneficial Mortgage Co., Beneficiary, has requested in the writing set forth <br />below that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the full satisfaction of the obligation secured by <br />the above - described Deed of Trust and pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary as set forth below, <br />the undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto all of the interest and estate derived to or held by the undersigned Trustee by <br />or through the above - described Deed of Trust in the real property described in said Deed of Trust, <br />which such real property is: <br />The South 24 Feet of Lot 11, and all of Lot 13, Block 3, University Place, in the City <br />of Grand Islandr, Hall County, Nebraska <br />DATED / ' o , 2003. <br />Rick D.
