<br />A tract of land comprising o part of the Southeast Quarter (S£1 14), of Section Thirty five
<br />(35), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th. P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE114); thence running
<br />westerly along the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE114), on an Assumed Bearing of
<br />589'43'42 "W, o distance of Thirty Three (33.00) feel, to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence

<br />husband, being the owners of the land described hereon, have caused some to be surveyed,
