<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter (SE114); thence running
<br />westerly along the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE114), on an Assumed Bearing of
<br />589'43'42 "W, o distance of Thirty Three (33.00) feel, to the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence
