<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand Island,`'
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated August 11,
<br />2000, executed by Roberto Valdes Vasquez and Martha Valdes, Husband
<br />and Wife, as Trustor, in which Hubert H. Woitaszewski, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which Deed was
<br />recorded on August 18, 2000, as Document No. 0200006697, in the
<br />Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William A. Francis, of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Hubert H. Woitaszewski, written
<br />request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty -four (24), in Argo Fourth Subdivision, in the
<br />Village of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska/
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
