<br />Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment
<br />Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated May 30. 1997, and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page or Instrument Number 97- 104260 and
<br />Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY
