<br />A SINGLE PERSON AND ROCHELLE M V RIEKEN, A SINGLE PERSON as Trustor to Commercial Federal
<br />Bank, a FSB as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated JUNE 3, 1990, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in
<br />Book Page or Instrument Number 99- 105726 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
