<br />Nebraska and the debt secured thereby covering the following
<br />described real property:

<br />Principal Meridan, Hall County, Nebraska, running thence easterly along and upon the
<br />northerly line of said Lot One (1) a distance of Fifty (50) Feet to the actual point
<br />of beginning, thence continuing Easterly along and upon the Northerly line of said Lot
<br />One (1) a distance of Ninety -six (96) Feet, thence Northerly and parallel to the
<br />Westerly line of Said Lot One (1) a distance of One Hundred Sixty -Nine (169) Feet,
<br />thence Westerly and parallel to the Northerly Line of said Lot One (1), a distance
<br />of Ninety -Six (96) feet, thence Southerly a distance of One Hundred Sixty -Nine (169)
