TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />RONALD L SHERMAN AND AMY J SHERMAN, to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _FEBRUARY 7, 2001 and recorded
<br />MARCH 23, 2001 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200102338 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE EAST ONE -HALF (E1 /2) OF LOT ELEVEN (11) AND ALL OF LOT TWELVE (12) IN
<br />BLOCK TWELVE (12) CLARKSON'S FIRST ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF ALDA,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
