<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Tharin L. Peters
<br />and Brenda L. Peters, husband and wife as Trustor to Arend R. Baack, Attorney as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island the beneficiary named therein, dated November
<br />30, 1987, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book Page
<br />or Instrument Number 87- 106913 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number 87- 106929 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
