DEED OF RE CONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured bythe Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust
<br />Deed, executed by L.U.D. Investments, LLC., whose address is 724 N. Diers, Grand Island, NE 68803,
<br />as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 20th day of September, 2002
<br />and recorded on the 24th day of September, 2002 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, at Instrument 200210159, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in
