<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />'PRAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust
<br />Deed, executed by L.U.D. Investments, LLC, whose address is 724 N. Dien, Grand Island, NE 68803,
<br />as Trustor, to Plane Valley State Barth & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 9th day of June, 2003 and
<br />recorded on the 1811' day of June, 2003 at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at
<br />Instrument 200307668, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiarynamed in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does bythese presents grant, renuse,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following - described real property (as defined in
<br />Neb. Rev. Star. Section 76- 1001):
