TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />Steffi A. Swanson, a member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />VETERAN AFFAIRS, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, his
<br />successors and assigns, VA Regional Loan Center 335/263, One
<br />Federal Drive, St. Paul, MN 55111, without any covenant or
<br />warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described real
<br />estate:
<br />Lots Eleven (11) and Thirteen (13), Block Thirteen (13),
<br />in University Place, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated June 20, 2001, and recorded on June 27, 2001,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200106240 wherein Guy M. Schott and Shirley A.
<br />Schott, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mountain West
<br />Financial, Inc., A California Corporation is named Beneficiary; and
<br />First American Title Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein
<br />Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein
<br />expressed, the property above described to secure, among other
<br />obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $92,649.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by Mountain West Financial, Inc., A California
<br />Corporation to Washington Mutual Home Loans, Inc. by an Assignment
<br />recorded on June 27, 2001 as Document No. 200106241 in the Office
