TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />MILTON WM. LOEB AND LINDA M.
