<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the -�

<br />Conditional Assignment to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of rand Island, Nebraska,
<br />by Gaylord V. Scalf and Marlene S. Scalf, of a Lease dated e ✓ 1 , 2003,
<br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Gaylord V. Scalf and Marlene S. Scalf,
<br />husband and wife, are the Lessees, such lease commenced November 1, 2003, and
<br />terminates October 31, 2038, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lakefront footage of One Hundred (100') Feet,
<br />situated on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on
<br />a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1/4) of Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said
<br />Debtor to Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand 11Island, Nebrasl a, as additi nal
<br />security for payment of a Note in the amount of _& z
<br />($ a. ) and a Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above -
<br />described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
