<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor.

<br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said
<br />premises.
<br />D. Stock Certificate No. 213 for 300 shares of the common stock of
<br />Kuester Lake, Inc.
<br />I warrant that I am the owner of the above - described property, improvements and personal
<br />property on the above - described premises; that I am entitled to sell the same; that said property is
<br />free of all liens and encumbrances; and that ; will warran¢ and defend the title to said property
<br />against the claims of any other persons whomsoeer.
