<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust TERRY D BUSHHUSEN AND CAROL
<br />R BUSHHOUSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 27, 1989 : MARCH 17, 2003 and
<br />recorded MARCH 31, 1989, APRIL 17, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 89- 101625 , 200304681 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWENTY (20), ORIGINAL TOWN OF ALDA, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
