<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment of Rents
<br />and Leases dated May 21, 2003, and filed May 27, 2003, as Instrument Number 200306662, of the Mortgage records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska naming The Meadows Apartment Homes, L.L.C. a Nebraska Limited Liability Company as Trustor,
<br />U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), NORTH POINTE SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA.
<br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT: 3626, 3628, 3630, 3682 HIDDEN POINTE DRIVE, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803
<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
