<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by THE VILLAGE OF CAIRO NEBRASKA, Trustor, to THE STATE
<br />BANK OF CAIRO, Trustee, for the benefit of GERALD ORNDOFF, ELLEN
<br />WILLIAMS, ALLAN SIMMONS, BERT SIMMONS, and FLORENCE L. SIMMONS, the
