<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Rita L. Grim, an unmarried
<br />individual, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated August 25, 2003 and recorded September 2, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document 200311662 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Parcel is East One Half (E1 /2) of Lot Nineteen (19), and all of Lot Twenty (20), Block Six (6), Ashton Place, Hall County,

<br />Parcel 2: Lot Five (5), in Block Fourteen (14), in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
