This Amended Master Deed and Declaration, made by Kenneth Shuda, a single <br />person; Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife; and Tim C. Plate, a <br />single person; hereinafter referred to as the "Declarant ". <br />ARTICLE I. PURPOSE AND NAME <br />The purpose of this Master Deed and Declaration is to submit additional land herein <br />described and improvements built thereon to the condominium form of ownership and use <br />in the manner provided by the Nebraska Condominium Act. Further, the purpose is to set <br />forth that additional units and real estate owned by others can be added by an Addendum <br />to this Master Deed and Declaration. The name by which this condominium is to be <br />identified is Westwood Park I Condominiums, a condominium. The name of the <br />association shall be Westwood Park I Condominium Unit Owners Association, Inc., a non- <br />profit corporation. <br />ARTICLE II. INVOLVED PROPERTY <br />The land owned by Kenneth Shuda, a single person, which was previously <br />submitted to the condominium is described as follows: <br />Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The additional land owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband <br />and wife, and Tim C. Plate, a single person, is submitted to the condominium and <br />described as follows: <br />Lot Three (3), Westwood Park Seventh Subdivision to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />ARTICLE III. NUMBER OF UNITS <br />The anticipated number of units to be created is forty -two (42). The number of units <br />previously created was four (4), with another two (2) being created herein, and by the <br />exercise of special declarant rights, the right to create an additional thirty -six (36) units <br />subject to further amendment of the Declaration to add more units and additional real <br />estate owned by Rudolf F. Plate and Jeannice R. Plate, husband and wife, and Tim C. <br />Plate, a single person. <br />ARTICLE IV.
