<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />The undersigned, Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island, for
<br />$1.00 and othcr valuable considoraiion, receipt of which is hereby a0mowledged, for the
<br />purpose of inducing Ameriquest Mortgage to consummate a mortgage .loan to Vicki L.
<br />Geweeke, hereinafter described, does hereby subordinate its Deed of Trust
<br />datedl 0/22/0 1, fled 10/29/01, in the principal amount of $12,176.02, Doc. #2001.10919,
<br />to Ameriquest Mortgage Company's Deed of Trust in the amount of $129,300.00, dated
<br />10124/03, against the Following described real estate:
<br />Lot 19,. Westwood Park 2nd Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />Said mortgage lien shall be and remain at all times subject, junior "d inferior to
<br />the lien of Ameriquest Mortgage, pun3uant to its Deed of Trust recorded in the office of
<br />the Regi.swr of heeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
