<br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />HELENE M PETERSON, A Single Person, as joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as s�
<br />additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of 146,100.00, the
<br />Lease dated 11/10/80 , wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC is the Lessor and Assignor as the Lessees,
<br />pertaining to the following described premises:
<br />LOT EIGHTEEN (18) SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE WEST
<br />PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE, AND BEING A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE
<br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1 /2SW1 /4), IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13) TOWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON
<br />THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON ROAD.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of 146,100.00, with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
