<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by James A Muhlbach and Kathleen J
<br />Muhlbach. Husband and Wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the benefit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />, the Beneficiary named therein dated July 14th. 2003
<br />and recorded July 18, 2003 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in
<br />Book at Page 0200309197of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Benificiary has
<br />requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
