BOROFF, JR., also known as James Boroff, Jr., and <br />James Frederick Boroff, Jr., a single person, GRANTOR, in <br />consideration of estate planning, conveys to GRANTEE, JAMES F. <br />BOROFF, SR., the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Neb. Rev.
