<br />to The Corporate Lawyer, as Trustee, for the benefit of Mortgage Express, Inc., Beneficiary, and which was
<br />recorded February 11, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200001179 of the Mortgage Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, said Deed of Trust conveying the following described property:
