" c" o -+ o C D N fir CD Q o Cm co co rn EXTENSION AGREEMENT w fD _c cn w �. c This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this day OCTOBER, 2003, by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and DALE F BECKMAN AND KARLEEN K BECKMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT THREE (3) AQUALAND SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated OCTOBER 12, 2001, and filed for record on OCTOBER 12, 2001 in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200110368; WI- AREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of NOVEMBER 1, 2016. WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO OCTOBER 1.2018. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above- described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
