<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DIANA BARHAM, A SINGLE PERSON

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,

<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #94- 104844
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
